Villa Farm is a charming 2 bedroom cottage with private spa and indoor and outdoor pools, situated in the village of Bezirgan in the mountains above Kalkan town and is available to rent all year round. This villa is a good choice for a honeymoon couple, family or guests who want a real retreat from their busy lifestyle due to it's remote position in this natural green village. This is a secluded villa with a pool terrace that cannot be seen from the outside making this an excellent choice for conservative guests or guests who want to experience total privacy on their holiday.
The attractive landscaped garden and terrace of the villa are without doubt it's most enticing feature. A vast walled garden stretches out beyond the villa building with a large private pool featured at the center. A feature water fountain, swing seat and luxury sunbathing beds in a four post style with curtains are found to the side of the pool. A generous sheltered dining area is provided with built in stone BBQ and there are plenty of activities with a football and basketball field and at the rear of the garden a children's playground.
The interior of the villa is spaced over 2 floors with an open-plan living room and kitchen which are filed with light from large glass windows which frame the garden views from every aspect of the rooms. The kitchen has an island with integrated glass hob and breakfast bar/dining table and is fitted with all the facilities you could need. To the rear of the kitchen is the villas generous indoor heated pool and private spa, in-cased in glass so the garden views can be admired as you unwind. Here guests will find a sauna, hamam (Turkish bath) and jacuzzi adjacent to the heated pool. On the first floor are the villas two stylishly fitted en-suite bedrooms, a twin and a double, both with generous private balconies from where guests can take in the serenity of this quiet green village.
The Bezirgan area where villa Farm is found sits in the mountains high above the town center of Kalkan. The advantage of this area is it's natural beauty and serenity, however the amenities found in the town are not within walking distance. Guests who wish to stay at this villa are advised to hire a car to be able to explore the area comfortably. The villa entrance is accessed through private gates and a private parking space is available inside the villa grounds.
Note: Underfloor heating in this villa can be turned on for an extra 100 euros per week.

Details: The indoor pool is heated and can be adjusted free of charge (between October 1 - April 30) on request. (Maximum 25 - 27 degrees) The pool heating system takes 3 days to heat up to the desired temperature so we advise guests to request this feature at the time of booking. Guests who make a last minute booking may not be able to use the pool heated for the first few days of their stay due to this 3 day warming up period.
